Training by Trolley
This session takes place on a moving trolley through cities like Chicago and Cleveland. Famous landmarks with interesting stories are used to illustrate our points and deliver a message that attendees will be talking about long after the meeting it over.

The Magic of High Tea
Attendees will enjoy an actual service of high tea while experiencing the differences in service levels. We customize this program so that similarities between this session and their own workplace challenges can be discussed.

Game Show Format
An interactive approach that provides great fun for the audience. Some clients use it as a fresh approach to covering dry topics like policy and procedures or required education. Others use it for an evening of entertainment where no education is involved. We have provided games similar to many of the famous TV game shows and have a few original creations too!
